Vertical green walls
Utíkalová, Ivana ; Dulenčín, Juraj (referee) ; Novotný, Marek (referee) ; Košíčková, Ivana (advisor)
ABSTRACT The concepts of vertical gardens, vertical walls, green walls, living walls or green faca-des can be referred to as vertical plantations for planting the walls or columns of various objects. They are defined under the name of vertically situated plant plantings, which, according to the used plant taxa, can be applied both indoors and outdoors. Contemporary architecture is increasingly looking for ways to return greenery to human settlements, and vertical gardens are one of the solutions that can respond to the lack of free space for greenery, especially when solving development within settlements and return at least part of nature to the interior of cities and municipalities. Last but not least, the system solutions of vertical gardens for the creation of vegetation vertical walls in the interior and on the facades of buildings offer the possibility of making vari-ous and architecturally interesting areas, permanently overgrown with vegetation. The dissertation deals with the topic of greening facades, especially using systems not associated with open ground - the so-called vertical gardens. Since the knowledge on this issue is still poorly documented and the implementation of green facades of the-se systems in our country is not much, based on these facts, I decided to create my own real model of the facade system of vertical vegetation walls in the climatic conditions of the Czech Republic with local taxa. plants. In the initial phase of the work, an analysis of the available green wall systems is performed and a planar panel of the vertical green wall is designed. In the next phase, the influence of these walls on the temperature of the perimeter cladding and the surroundings of the building in comparison with the fa-cade without greenery is verified by monitoring the growth of plants and measuring the temperatures on the green facade of a specific building. The evaluation of the experiments and the acquired knowledge provided informati-on on how t

The final design is created in regard to knowledge from design and technical analysis and brings unique design aproach to the solution. The purpose of this work is to solve ergonomic and shaping problems and to introduce a teardrop trailer on the european market.
Zhodnocení využití a významu plemenného hřebce 2691 Streimur v chovu slezského norického koně
Vraždová, Monika
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to evaluate the quality of the offspring of the stallion 2691 Streimur in the breeding of the Silesian Noriker horse. The basic material was the data on the stallion 2691 Streimur, on his offspring and the data of the offspring´s mothers, which were transcribed into Excel format and supplemented with the results of performance tests, body measurements and coloration. Statistical analysis was based on paired t-test between values of mothers and offspring, one-sample t-test of values of mares from offspring and average breeding standard for mares, and finally one-sample t-test between values of stallions from offspring and values of father. In the statistical evaluation of the paired t-test of the values of the mothers with the values of the offspring, a statistically significant difference was found only in the values of the class, when the offspring showed a better evaluation than the mothers. When statistically comparing the average values of the mares from the offspring with the average breeding standard for mares, there was a statistically significant difference in all monitored properties (KVP, KVH, OH and OHOL), the progeny demonstrably showed greater values than in the average breeding standard. In the statistical comparison of the average values of the stallions from the offspring and the values of the stallion 2691 Streimur, there was a statistically significant difference for all, except KVP. The stallion 2691 Streimur, unlike most mothers, improved the class of the offspring.
Návrh zahradního nábytku
Varecha, Samuel
This thesis deals with the design of garden furniture. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with history, ergonomics, materials and production processes. The practical part is focused on the very design of garden furniture. At the beginning, there is a market survey, which is followed by the development of the design from sketching, the gradual solution of 3D models in computer programs, to the final design with a description of the structure and materials. The result of the work are 3D visualizations and a construction drawing for production.
Analýza délky struků u českého strakatého skotu
Sečkař, Jan
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of teat length in first-calf heifers of Czech Fleckvieh cattle. The measured teat length is here evaluated and related to other selected indicators of exterior and milk yield in the selected group of first-calf heifers. The work also compares the values of the measured teat lengths with the estimated values of the exterior evaluator from the official evaluation of the exterior of first-calf heifers. In connection with teat length, an analysis of the used bulls and lines in breeding is carried out here. In this experiment were measured 121 first-calf heifers. The average length of hind teats was 3.4 cm and fore teats 4.52 cm. The measured values were statistically significantly different from the official teat length estimate, the teat lengths indicated by the exterior evaluator were on average 0.24 cm higher. It can also be stated that the front teats were on average 1.2 cm longer than the rear teats. The correlation between fore and hind teat length was 0.73. No statistically significant influence of the level of milk yield on the length of the front and back teats was observed. On the other hand, a statistically significant influence of the sire effect (p <0.01) on the length of the front teats was observed. Chest circumference also had a statistically significant (p <0.05) effect on the length of the front and back teats. Dairy cows with a larger chest circumference had longer teats. In conclusion, it can be stated that milk productivity is not related to the length of the teats, the father's influence appears to be essential, so the farmer can solve the problem of short teats in his herd especially by using suitable bulls with regard to the breeding value for teat length.
Liturgical space of the church in the selected parish
ČERKL, Martin
The bachelor thesis deals with the liturgical space of the church of St. Jacob the Elder in Boršov nad Vltavou. At the beginning, the thesis briefly defines the concept of liturgy and describes its development in the historical context. Then, it generally introduces the meaning and the historical development of the liturgical space, especially the influence of the II. Vatican Council to its apperance. The thesis also describes the Roman Catholic parish of Boršov nad Vltavou as a territorial community with surrounding villages where the sacral buildings are used for liturgical activities. Based on the facts from the first part, the main goal of the thesis is to describe the development and current form of the liturgical space of the church of St. Jacob the Elder. Finally, it presents leisure activities in the parish, in which the community of parishioners participates.
Vliv rodiny na exteriér a dosažení tělesné dospělosti u plemene Shagya-arab
CERMANOVÁ, Eliška
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse data on the exterior and body dimensions of Shagya-Arab mares at registration in the studbook and subsequently to measure the actual body dimensions of a part of the mare population. The mares were separated by family and the effect of family on exterior, body size and maturity termination was evaluated. For the first part, 332 Czech-bred mares from 10 different families were used and 33 broodmares belonging to 4 families were included in the second part. The enrolment data were: age, final mark, withers stick height, withers strip height, shank circumfe-rence and chest circumference. Actual body measurements were wither stick height, wither tape height, shin circumference, and chest circumference. The results show that the population under study on average meets the breeding objective in all parameters evaluated. The best average score of 7.73 points was found for family 6-CZ. In this family, the highest average stick height (156 cm), the highest average tap height (164.5 cm), the highest average chest circumference (187.82 cm) and the highest average shin circumference (18.90 cm) were still measured. This fa-mily also has the most mares registered in the main studbook (51). According to the results it can be taught that the most powerful (largest) and the most typical mares are from the 6-CZ family. In the studied population of 4 families, a statistically highly significant effect of family was shown only for the age at which growth in height was stopped in mares (measured with a cane in the co-hutch). The result shows that other body dimensions were not statistically significantly influenced by family. From the results it can be concluded that the owner should adapt the age at which he starts working with the horses to the earliness of the individual family. The breeder should then pay attention to the exterior of the parental pair when selecting suitable individuals so that future generations of Shagya-arab horses still meet the breeding objective.
Návrh konstrukčního řešení sedacího prvku pro veřejný mobiliář
